We work with a diverse group of people with various health concerns and personal goals. We guide clients through a transition to a healthy, whole food plant-based diet, helping fulfill the goals of:

  • Achieving and maintaining ideal body weight
  • Incorporating a scientifically-based, health-promoting diet
  • Enabling clients to become educated and informed on aspects of their medications, supplements, diagnostic/screening tests and surgical procedures
  • Analyzing overall health status
  • Implementing a plant-based lifestyle to combat and prevent chronic and acute conditions
  • Management and often reversal of chronic diseases such as: high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, heart disease, diabetes, cancers, autoimmune diseases, food sensitivities and allergies, gastrointestinal conditions such as ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohn’s disease, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), kidney disease and bone diseases such as osteoporosis, osteopenia and osteoarthritis.

Recipe Development, Nutrition and Meal Planning

  • We strive to collaborate with the client meal plans for individuals and groups
  • Making changes to existing recipes to make them healthier
  • Adapting meals and mealtimes to the client and their lifestyle including travel and work schedules

Food Journal Assessment

  • We work in partnership with our clients to assess their dietary patterns in order to make changes to achieve their health goals
